We at Fantasy Forest strive to accommodate all guests who wish to enjoy our rides. However, some rides may not be accessible for people with disabilities. For your safety, riding will be prohibited in any case where conditions are inappropriate and/or deemed dangerous for use. Our ride operators and park officials are responsible for determining if a ride or attraction is safe. Guests with disabilities may contact a park representative for more specific information by ride in advance pr the day of visit. Rides that are deemed safe will have a ride operator assist in providing access. Fantasy Forest employees are not permitted to assist in physically transferring guest to and from rides.
Guest with mobility restrictions or special needs may be excused from waiting in line. His/her companion may wait in line and have the guest join the group when it is their turn to ride. All guests with disabilities will be provided a reasonable amount of time to enter and exit. Guests participating in the rides and attractions available at Fantasy Forest accept any and all inherent risks.
Guests may be restricted from participating in rides where a cast, brace or prosthetic device does not fit, inhibits the restraint system, and/or compromises the rider's safety and that of other guests or team members.
Legally documented service animals are allowed within Fantasy Forest. Service animals are limited to one per guest. Dogs or any other service animal trained to assist persons with disabilities must be fitted with an appropriate restraining device and remain in the control of its owner (or a member of the party) at all times.
There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. Fantasy Forest expects riders to exercise good judgement and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride.
Safety is the number-one priority of Fantasy Forest. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, may not be able to enjoy certain rides if safety restraints will not operate as designed.
Line-jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected from the park without a refund.
Loose articles are not permitted on any rides and should be left with non-riders. Fantasy Forest and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Cell phones, pagers or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets, zippered jackets pockets, or waist packs. All loose articles which cannot be secured must be left with a non-rider prior to entering the ride area.
Cameras are not permitted on rides. Fantasy Forest requests that all photographs or video taken by guests be used for personal use and enjoyment only. Any use, reuse or reproduction for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Fantasy Forest is prohibited.
