- Free Parking: Unfortunately, the free parking lot located at 5351 111th Street is CLOSED due to construction until further notice. For alternative parking options, please email us at info@nycarousel.com for nearby alternatives. Please note that we do not provide private, exclusive parking for clients who have booked an event with us, including birthdays.

- Restrooms: Public restrooms are a short walk from our front gates (walk out of our front gates and towards the baseball field). Please note that these restrooms are managed by the New York City Parks Department and their hours of operation may vary, depending on the season. We do not have restrooms inside the amusement park premises.

- Guests with Specific Needs or Disabilities: We want everyone to be able to enjoy Fantasy Forest. We offer complimentary Unlimited Ride Wristbands for legal companions of riders with special needs or disabilities. These Unlimited Ride Wristbands allow a legal companion to accompany a paying guest with special needs or a disability onto the rides. Please ask a team member at the ticket booth for assistance.
- First Aid: Basic First Aid amenities are available for minor needs. Please see the ticket booth representative for assistance. If a need requires further attention, alert the nearest team member for assistance.
