1. DO YOU CHARGE AN ADMISSION FEE?
Nope! Admission is FREE. If you wish to ride the rides and play the games, you may purchase tickets at the ticket booth located near the front entrance.
2. DO YOU HAVE SEATING OR TABLES AROUND YOUR FACILITY?
Yes! All guests are welcome to sit on the benches and picnic tables surrounding our park.
3. DO I RIDE FOR FREE IF MY CHILD DOES NOT MEET THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT?
Yes, if your child does not meet our ride height requirements, then you (or an accompanying adult) is required to ride with them, for free. However, if the child is tall enough to ride the ride and the accompanying adult also wishes to participate, then both the adult and child must have a ride ticket or wristband.
4. WHERE ARE THE NEAREST BATHROOMS?
The nearest bathrooms are a short walk from our front gates as you walk towards the baseball fields. Please note that they are managed by New York City Parks Department and have hours that vary during the season. We do not have restrooms inside our facility.
5. IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, about a 5 min walk from our front gate is a public parking lot that is FREE. We do not reserve parking for guests, including our birthday party clients and their guests. Please arrive early enough to find parking!
1. WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE PARTY HOST?
To help make your party as amazing as possible, we provide an incredible Party Host who will be with you throughout your entire party. Under your direction, the Party Host will help with set-up and tear-down, as well as be on-hand for any trouble-shooting or questions you may have.
2. HOW LARGE IS THE PARTY AREA?
The private party area is 22.5′ x 15′ and can generally accommodate between 50-60 people beneath. Keep in mind that for most of your event, the kids will be having fun riding rides and playing games so the only time that guests are all gathered in the party area is for food and cake.
3. IS THERE SEATING INCLUDED?
Included with your VIP Party Package are (4) exclusive tables with seating, that can generally sit eight adults or between 10-12 kids per table. Extra tables and chairs are also available as add-ons.
4. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & BEVERAGE?
You can bring your own food and beverage, though please note that we DO NOT have any food storage onsite. You are, however, welcome to bring your own coolers so long as they remain within your birthday area.
5. WHAT ARE YOUR HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS?
There are two height requirements, depending on the ride: 36″ and 42″. If the child is below the required height, a parent must accompany them and they do not have to pay. If the child is below the required height, a parent must accompany them and the parent does not have to pay. Check out our Rides to confirm height restrictions.
6. CAN I DROP OFF MY FOOD AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE BY DRIVING UP TO THE GATE?
Complimentary public parking is available and is a short walk to our front gate! Please note that we cannot guarantee parking and if the lot is full, there generally is plenty of available street parking in the neighborhood. Guests are not allowed to drive up to the front gates to unload inventory or equipment.
